OUR PEOPLE

Our senior management team has more than 90 years of collective hands-on professional experience in data-based BI.

Paul Vascotto is President of RCM.

A graduate of Ryerson University’s Aerospace Engineering Program and a licensed commercial pilot, accredited with a multi-engine rating.

Paul has a total of 32 years aerospace experience, 22 of which were with Bombardier Commercial Aircraft. Paul has extensive experience in the fields of technical and product support, program management, customer service, reliability and cost management.

A senior manager, Paul served as Bombardier’s Director of Customer Services.

As president of RCMBT he has been able to transfer his knowledge and skills to our other business sectors with great success.

David Schenck is a Senior Executive Advisor to RCM.

David holds a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and has over 34 years of experience in the commercial aviation maintenance industry.

David joined de Havilland Aircraft in 1979, and participated in the development of the Dash 8 turboprop aircraft. He also worked on the Series 300 stretch derivative, then led the advance design teams for the Series 400 high speed variant, as well as the CRJ 700 stretch.

David has held executive positions in engineering, program management for new aircraft, and most recently, as Vice President, Customer Support, Regional Aircraft, responsible for overall support of the Bombardier fleet of more than 2000 aircraft around the world.

David’s project management skills are formidable, and help keep our projects flowing smoothly.

We have a highly skilled and dedicated team of professionals supporting our clients.

The expertise and talents of this dedicated group encompasses: Statistical Analysis, Data Management, Analysis Techniques, Process Management, Visual Analytics, Project Improvements & Management.

Jaspal Phull is Vice President of Business Development for RCM.

Jaspal has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Concordia University in Montreal and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Agent.

With more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace and regional aircraft market, Jaspal is highly skilled in reliability and cost analyses, evaluations, process improvement, product reliability, training and maintenance cost reduction.

A senior manager at Bombardier Regional Aircraft, Jaspal served as Manager of Maintenance Engineering.

Like Paul Vascotto, Jaspal’s skill sets are eminently transferrable and have served him well in all the business sectors RCMBT serves.

Kevin Lewis is a Senior Advisor of Sales & Marketing for RCM

Kevin’s educational background includes the Queen’s University School of Business Management, the McGill Management Institute and communications programs at Sheridan College.

His career path has included several management positions and a successful 35 plus years career with Bombardier Aerospace where he developed broad-based industry knowledge and wide range of management, negotiation, procurement, sales and marketing strategy development skills as they relate to industry partnerships and customers alike.

A key executive at Bombardier Aerospace, Kevin served as Director, Spares Sales & Marketing responsible for a global team of sales professionals in the commercial aircraft, business aircraft and repair/overhaul sectors.

In short, Kevin possesses the wide experiential base and business acumen required to see the big picture of a company’s needs and the formidable strategic & executional skills to help actualize them in our clients’ best interest.
