GORDON HAYNES

CEO

BIO

Gord has supported organizations and clients with their revenue growth, cost reduction and organization effectiveness initiatives for over three decades. Prior to RCMBT, he held positions as EVP operations, North America at Proudfoot Consulting, Managing Director and SVP at PwC, Associate Partner at IBM Global Services and Director at Deloitte. His executive roles included Chief Transition Officer, Business Transformation for a national telecommunications carrier, Corporate Controller for a Brokerage firm and President & CEO of a Canadian custom software development company. He also held a number of senior roles in banking and wealth management. At RCMBT he will continue to use his diverse industry and functional expertise to help our clients re-energize their growth plans with data-driven customer insights. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University, a Master of Organization Management from the University of Phoenix and undergraduate certificates in Accounting and Finance and Contemporary Economics. He spends his time away from work pursuing his lifelong dream of improving his terrible golf game.

 
 
 
 
 
 

 

GIAMPAOLO VASCOTTO

PRESIDENT AND COO

Paul is a co-founder. He is the President and COO of RCM. Prior to RCM, he spent 32 years in various roles in the aerospace industry. Most of the formative years of his career were with Bombardier commercial aircraft unit. At Bombardier, his responsibilities included reliability and cost management, technical support and customer support. His extensive in-the-field experience and program management expertise is a huge confidence booster for our clients who rely on us to deliver to their time sensitive deadlines. Paul is a graduate of Ryerson University’s aerospace engineering program.

 

 

JASPAL PHULL

Jas is a co-founder. He is Chief Technology Officer and manages technology operations for RCM-BT. Jas holds a mechanical engineering degree from Concordia university and is a Sigma Black Belt Agent. He has accumulated more than 30 years of data management experience in his various leadership roles in data intensive environments in the aerospace industry. He combined his technical expertise and business process capabilities to design components that sit at the core of our Prism analytics platform. Outside of work, Jas lends his technical prowess to his passion for coaxing authentic sound from vinyl recordings.

KEVIN LEWIS

SENIOR ADVISOR

BIO

Kevin is a Senior Advisor to RCM. Prior to joining RCM, Kevin was responsible for generating sales in Bombardier’s spares sector. In this role, he created sales and marketing strategies for his global team of sales professionals. Under his leadership, his team supported revenue generation in the commercial aircraft, business aircraft and repair & overhaul sectors. Kevin’s 35 years industry experience provides our clients with time-tested customer acquisition best practices. He also equips our analytics team with key insights that helps us to continually stress-test our predictive sales analytics algorithms. Kevin’s academic background includes management programs at the Queen’s University School of Business Management, the McGill Management Institute and Sheridan College.

 

 

DAVID SCHENCK

SENIOR EXECUTIVE ADVISOR

BIO
David Schenck is a Senior Executive Advisor to RCM. He holds a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and has over 34 years of experience in the commercial aviation maintenance industry. David joined de Havilland Aircraft in 1979, and participated in the development of the Dash 8 turboprop aircraft. He also worked on the Series 300 stretch derivative. In addition, he led the advance design teams for the Series 400 high speed variant, as well as the CRJ 700 stretch. David has held executive positions in engineering and new aircraft program management. He also provided day-to-day leadership as Vice President, Customer Support, Regional Aircraft. He had overall responsibility for customer satisfaction and customer relationship management for Bombardier’s global fleet of more than 2,000 aircrafts. David’s deep technical skills and his keen awareness of the importance of having high quality information to support decision making, allows us to create insights that helps our client’s enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
