CLIENT STORY INVESCO

Invesco is a global investment management company with assets under administration of $926 billion. It has an UN-tethered sales force of more than 65,000 investment advisors. With increasing competition for clients’ investment dollars and rising cost of keeping advisor attention, Invesco needed to improve the cost and effectiveness of its targeted selling and asset retention management.

SOLUTION

Working closely with the Invesco team, RCM collected, cleaned and structured data from several internal systems and external sources. Using the Prism Analytics Platform, the RCM team aggregated and merged assets, sales and behaviors to create predictive patterns for 30-60-90 day cycles. These predictive patterns assisted Invesco to improve targeting and extend reach at a lower cost.
